AKCESK has these competences in the field of cyber security: a) Establishes cyber security measures; b) acts as the focal point of contact at the national level for the operators in charge of network security and coordinates work on solving security incidents in the security field; c) Administer incident reports in the field of cyber security and ensure the retention and registration of tires; d) provides assistance and methodical support to responsible operators in the field of network security; e) performs analyzes of weaknesses found in the field of internet security; f) conducting awareness-raising and education activities in the field of cyber security; g) acts as a national CSIRT. 2. The Authority coordinates its activities with security and defense institutions and shall cooperate with sectoral CSIRTs and international authorities in the field of cyber security, through joint agreements, in accordance with the legislation in force. |
