itm8 A/S is both a commercial hosting provider and consultant company. We therefore have two distinct teams affiliated with Trusted Introducer/TF-CSIRT: - The *itm8 CDC* is comprised of their internal consultancy, itm8 A/S customers with contracted security services, and itm8 A/S MSP customers without security service contracts. - The *itm8 CSIRT* is part of the Professional Consultancy Service and operates on a separate infrastructure from the rest of itm8. Their constituency is comprised primarily of contracted IR retainer agreements, as well as walk-in customers in need of ad-hoc incident response, digital forensics, or threat hunting. Together, both the itm8 CDC and itm8 CSIRT make up the Cyber Security Division. We work closely and in parallel, and though our distinct constituencies are defined in our respective teams, we occasionally combine forces to investigate internal incidents and larger/complex cases where more resources are required.
