Our CSIRT team primarily serves as an incident response provider and we support a diverse network that includes our customer's users, critical and non-critical infrastructure systems, and connected services. This includes OBRELA's organization treating it as another customer. Our team offers a combination of proactive services (i.e., DFIR Advisory Services) and reactive services (i.e. DFIR Retainer Services) to our customers. The DFIR Advisory Services focus on helping the customer to improve their Incident Readiness (before an incident occurs) and the DFIR Retainer Services are geared towards rapid containment, investigation, and recovery after the occurrence of an incident. Our key responsibilities include: 1. DFIR Advisory services: we help our customers take a proactive approach to implement incident readiness practices and foster a culture of incident readiness.Our DFIR Advisory Services portfolio encompasses the following productized packages: a. Forensic and Incident Readiness Assessment b. Incident Response Plan Review and Development c. Incident Response Playbooks Review and Development d. Incident Response Exercises 2. DFIR Retainer services: we deliver 24/7/365 IR support and a wide range of rapid incident response, and digital forensics capabilities. Our DFIR retainer services offer on-demand access to our CSIRT with guaranteed remote and responder to site SLAs. Our services include: a. Rapid technical incident response (scope, contain and remediate the incident) b. Root cause analysis c. Incident coordination d. Forensic investigations e. Malware analysis and reverse engineering f. Incident recovery support g. Post-incident support Our constituency network relies on our team to maintain a resilient security posture, protect sensitive data, and ensure continuity in the face of cyber threats. |
